April 2024

The club was busy last month with the cabin fever tour being split up into three events. First we visited the Sansone’s Tree Farm. Tom and Chris were busy making maple syrup. Tom was cooking the sap as he collected it from the trees. He showed us all about how to make maple syrup and a tour of the farm. It is a true labor of love for the time it takes, but it sure does taste good. Thank you for a great learning experience. Phase two of the cabin fever tour, we ventured out to eat with ten club members. Thanks Dave and Debbie for all the arrangements. Phase three completed our cabin fever tour with a garage clinic at Ed’s garage. Al-ways a learning experience. We rebuilt two steering boxes. All went well but watch out for faulty parts, even when they are new out of the box. That was my dilemma for the day, but as a group, we figured out the problem. I hope everyone can attend the upcoming garage clinic.
