Well summer is pretty much behind us the weather should be cooler perfect for getting those A’s out. We just had the club picnic earlier this month with a modest turn out my thanks to the Bettle’s for their hospitality. We are halfway through the year already! Our club members have run some amazing events so far. The end of June, Keith Heyman lead a very successful Vest Pocket tour to Boothbay, Maine. Well, spring is finally here! The roads are salt free and the temperatures are climbing. We just had another successful garage clinic at Ed’s garage. The firetruck project is nearly completed and it is a beautiful truck. The truck was taken to the national meet in Gettysburg this June. It was admired by the spectators and scored very well in touring class. It was a lot of fun touring the Gettysburg Battle Grounds and of course, ice cream after.
